5. Refund Policy

12. Termination

Upon termination:

  • US users: Subject to jurisdiction of Delaware courts
  • All users may also pursue dispute resolution through applicable consumer protection agencies

14.3 Arbitration (US Users Only)

US users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except:

  • Small claims court actions
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Emergency equitable relief

15. General Provisions

17. Specific Jurisdictional Notices
